RBAI – Senior Engineer/Asst. Manager, Complaint Management

Overview

Senior Engineer/Asst. Manager focused on complaint management, inspection/testing, and quality assurance for Electronics and PCB products.

What you'll do

• Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing to verify product conformance to specifications.
• Investigate product complaints, identify root causes, and trigger permanent corrective actions within the CFT team.
• Enable safe launch inspection processes for new parts to support incident-free launches.
• Document defect analysis using 8D reports for TRC and MRC closure.
• Use problem logs to identify and report recurring issues for closure per company guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs for complaint management and inspection, and define measures to achieve KPIs.
• Support new part release via engineering drawing reviews, in-house measurements, and supplier measurement correlation.
• Participate in Process FMEA, process audits, and supplier assessments.

What you'll need

• B.E. in Electronics Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Electronics/PCB industry.
• Experience with manufacturing processes for electronic parts/PCB/SMT.
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools including PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, QMS, and IATF.
• Experience with problem-solving tools such as 8D and A3PSS.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, and SAP system.
• Experience/knowledge of using data analytical tools is stated as an added advantage.
