Key Account Excellence Investigation Analyst

Overview

Key Account Excellence Investigation Analyst who serves as a primary contact for Key accounts on GxP matters and supports investigations to determine root causes and ensure compliance.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary point of contact for Key account topics related to GxP matters.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with the Key Account on GxP topics.
• Attend and schedule recurrent client meetings to advise on follow-up of open GxP topics.
• Write structured investigations using data collection, collaboration, interviews, and analysis to determine root causes.
• Review investigations related to the Key Account’s associated scope of work.
• Track and communicate process improvements, including Standard Operating Procedures and client documentation.
• Create and maintain dashboards/trackers for investigations, tasks, effectiveness checks, and client documentation.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a Technical Writer, Customer Experience, or Quality Assurance role.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in technical writing, excellence operational, or Strategic Account Associate.
• University degree and/or equivalent certifications (as applicable).
• Strong written and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex subjects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong typing/computer skills.
• Fluent in English.
