Overview
Lead or support competitiveness and transformation projects in Supply Chain for Castrol/PUs, using project management and supply chain cost modelling to drive data-driven network optimization.
What you'll do
- Lead or support C&T projects for one of Castrol’s Performance Units (PUs) with strong project management.
- Extract and consolidate supply chain data from systems such as JDE, Kinaxis, SQL, MS Access, or other database tools.
- Combine datasets to support modelling scenarios using SQL queries and lookups.
- Perform comprehensive supply chain cost modelling across variables spanning raw materials, packaging, finished goods, transfer pricing, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, freight, sales, and forecasting.
- Support execution of initiatives including PCC, OCC, Industrialization and Transformation.
- Collaborate across PU and global C&T teams to ensure handover and continuity across the project lifecycle.
What you'll need
- 9+ years of experience, ideally in lubricants, chemicals, or FMCG industries.
- Solid project management experience with formal qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince).
- Experience downloading data from sources like JDE and Kinaxis for supply chain cost modelling scenarios.
- Data analysis and cost modelling experience, including analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Proven experience developing relationships and managing collaborators across teams and organizational levels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, cultures, and geographies.

- Work mode: hybrid of office/remote working.
- Shift timing: 7AM to 4PM (IST).
- Travel requirement: up to 10%.
