Overview
Own end-to-end development and production of Global Delivery Centre (GDC) quarterly performance reviews (QPRs) and ensure executive-ready quality.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end development and production of QPRs, coordinating inputs from regional and functional stakeholders.
- Translate complex performance, financial, delivery, and workforce data into narratives, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Run quality assurance on QPR materials by validating metrics, trends, commentary, and supporting evidence.
- Continuously improve QPR content, structure, and storytelling using executive feedback and evolving business priorities.
- Develop automation solutions and standardized reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency across quarterly cycles.
- Establish reporting governance and operational rhythms to improve data quality and accountability for performance reporting outputs.
What you'll need
- Advanced data analysis, reporting, and visualization skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience developing executive-level performance reviews or QPR/leadership reporting materials.
- Ability to transform complex operational and performance data into concise, actionable executive insights.
- Strong PowerPoint/document creation skills for executive-ready materials.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience identifying and optimizing automation opportunities that reduce manual reporting effort.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI and other reporting automation technologies.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and techniques to drive efficiency.
