Finance Business Process Analyst on the Finance team in Gurugram Office, focused on transforming Finance operations through process improvement, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
What you'll do
- Document finance processes, identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies, and help design scalable solutions.
- Identify high-volume, repetitive finance activities and drive automation and AI-based improvements.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into actionable improvements.
- Improve financial data quality, controls, and process standardization across global operations.
- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics across finance processes.
- Build analyses and dashboards to provide visibility into process performance and improvement opportunities.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, finance operations, process improvement, or a similar function.
- Strong understanding of finance processes such as Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or related cycles.
- Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar) to solve business/operational problems.
- Proven experience mapping, documenting, and improving business processes.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
