Overview
Senior Specialist focused on enabling and driving adoption of AI products in the GPTeal product line, with a prioritized focus on Gemini Enterprise for global employees.
What you'll do
- Support execution and rollout of GPTeal Gemini Enterprise and the GPTeal product line, including engagement activities and onboarding.
- Conduct change assessments and run enablement programs to drive adoption and value.
- Co-design and implement change enablement programs to help enterprise employees apply AI capabilities in daily workflows.
- Coordinate communications and content for awareness, usage, and training resources for prioritized AI tools.
- Track change enablement KPIs and report findings with action plans based on learnings.
- Provide support to communities and the Gemini Influencer Network, including triaging issues and optimizing ways of working.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in change management, digital transformation, organizational effectiveness, business process improvement, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of organizational change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
- Experience with AI and familiarity with hyperautomation technologies such as RPA and Intelligent Automation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools.
