Senior Applied Value Engineer - UKI | HLS

Overview

Lead Applied Value Engineer for Healthcare & Life Sciences, bridging technical process mining work with strategic business outcomes for major HLS customer accounts.

What you'll do

• Translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
• Build demos and business cases to win new customers.
• Run Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value projects and present roadmaps to C-level executives.
• Facilitate value workshops to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the platform and apps based on new use cases.

What you'll need

• 9+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value via business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
• Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
• Experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools and/or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
• Hands-on SQL experience (Python preferred).
• Hands-on process mining tools and technologies is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams.
• Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management in English.
