Senior Applied Value Engineer -CPGR / CMT - NAM

Overview

Senior Applied Value Engineer for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), serving as a trusted advisor who maps customer strategic priorities to Celonis value use cases and drives end-to-end value delivery within CPG accounts.

What you'll do

• Analyze customer strategic priorities and map them to high-impact Celonis use cases.
• Architect solutions connecting data across the value chain for CPG operations.
• Construct data-backed business cases for Process Intelligence impacts to senior management.
• Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value projects and communicate strategy to C-level executives.
• Lead value workstreams for pilots and implementations and monitor process health.
• Guide customers on using Celonis to provide context to AI agents and coordinate hand-offs across processes.
• Present realized value results to senior management and C-level executives.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Granular knowledge of the CPG value chain (e.g., Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics, Trade Promotions, Consumer/Retail Operations).
• Track record managing the full customer lifecycle with land/expand and long-term value/retention focus.
• Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and drive them to resolution while impacting the P&L.
• Good knowledge of Business Software/SaaS (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, SAP IBP) and experience with data visualization, SQL, or Python as a strong plus.
• Experience presenting to and working with senior stakeholders.
