Senior Applied Value Engineer- (Hi-tech)

Overview

Senior Applied Value Engineer builds value-driven Celonis solutions for strategic customers, from proof-of-value to executive demos and adoption/renewal outcomes.

What you'll do

• Translate customer objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects.
• Build Celonis business cases, demos, and use-case solutions for customer needs.
• Run value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities.
• Facilitate end-to-end value delivery across landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing.
• Prepare and communicate value roadmaps and realized results to C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in an analytical role to demonstrate or secure value via business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment.
• Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
• Experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools and/or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
• Hands-on process mining tools/technologies (preferred).
• Hands-on SQL experience and Python (preferred).
• Experience identifying business use cases for process improvement and deploying improvement measures, including change/training.
