Manager, BP&A (EU/International)

Overview

Manager, Commercial Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) for the EU/International organization and Corporate Marketing & Communications. Leads operating expense planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial management for assigned functions and supports revenue/distributor reporting across EU/International.

What you'll do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for assigned functions.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Oversee month-end close activities, including accrual management and coordination with accounting teams.
• Manage purchase order processes and monitor spending against approved budgets.
• Support distributor reporting by maintaining a database covering inventory levels, sell-out data, and pricing.
• Create and maintain a repository of financial terms related to distribution and licensing agreements.
• Support KPI tracking and preparation of the monthly management reporting package.

What you'll need

• CA with 6-8 years of experience in FP&A or controlling (ideally in pharma, biotech, or life sciences).
• Prior OPEX ownership at country, regional, or HQ level is essential.
• Strong experience managing operating expenses, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a multinational/international environment.
• Solid understanding of month-end close processes, accrual accounting, and financial controls.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
