What you'll do
- Design, plan, and drive a value-generating agenda for the aligned portfolio using Lean Six Sigma and digital.
- Initiate and lead value MBB (Master Black Belt) projects to improve end-to-end processes and deliver business impact.
- Build process excellence and a digital culture within the team.
- Provide team leadership in applying Lean & Six Sigma tools, process excellence methodology, and digital assets.
- Drive standardization and global best practices across functions using specialists.
- Conduct quality and digital awareness, Lean, and Green Belt trainings within the organization.
- Coach and mentor Black Belts and project teams to drive customer value.
What you'll need
- Advanced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification course (Council for Six Sigma Certification - CSSC).
- Lean Six Sigma (LSS).
- Process Consulting.
- Project Management.
- English language proficiency marked as Advanced (C1) and English required.
- Academic background includes bachelors in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or an MBA or Masters in Business Analytics.
- Fulfill requirements and achieve MBB certification within 18-30 months.
