Overview

ITS – Associate (IT Co-Ordinator) for the GL Office, enabling IT solutions aligned to business needs and the Bosch Digital roadmap.

What you'll do

• Serve as a strategic interface for IT demand and portfolio management for the GL Office.
• Align IT strategy with business requirements and Bosch Digital initiatives.
• Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with central IT, internal customers, and external vendors to achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance with Bosch IT security, data protection, and governance policies.

What you'll need

• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in IT and digital transformation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage IT portfolios (experience stated).
• Exposure to stakeholder management, strategy planning, and execution (experience stated).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, digital technologies, and business processes.
• Knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, application lifecycle, and service management.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
