Associate Director – Payroll Technology

Overview

Associate Director – Payroll Technology leads global payroll technology systems, production support, and cross-functional delivery for payroll-related applications and integrations.

What you'll do

• Lead the global payroll technology (DT) landscape, including production support and enhancements.
• Ensure payroll system stability and reliability and drive timely issue resolution.
• Bridge Payroll Ops, HR, Finance, and DT teams by evaluating upstream/downstream impacts.
• Lead and manage the offshore Payroll DT team by setting priorities and ensuring delivery.
• Support go-live activities and testing (E2E/regression) and disaster recovery planning.
• Partner with vendors (e.g., ADP) for successful delivery and production readiness.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of experience in Payroll Technology / HRIS / Enterprise Systems.
• Strong experience with payroll platforms including ADP Global View, Ev5, and Workday.
• Experience managing production support and payroll operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of integrations and data flow across systems.
• Strong time management, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
