Workspace Experience Enabler

Overview

Workspace Experience Enabler to create an occupant/guest “Delight” experience across an assigned office portfolio and floors, acting as the day-to-day single point of contact.

What you'll do

• Create occupant delight through customer-centric workspace experience.
• Serve as the single point of contact for daily workspace needs on allocated floors.
• Act as an embedded interface for JPMC Global Real Estate (GRE) workspace activities at site level.
• Conduct floor rounds, interact with employees, and raise proactive observations.
• Coordinate service partners to close concerns on time and handle service requests.
• Manage operational delivery against SLA/KPI and run ad-hoc projects when required.
• Follow up on survey platforms to ensure requests/complaints are addressed timely.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality (hotels, aviation industry, or coworking spaces).
• Bachelor’s degree or degree in Hotel Management, business, or related field (preferred benefit).
• Strong analytical, organization, and administration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet changing client needs.
• Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team.
