HR Product Strategist

Overview

HR Product Strategist to lead data-led strategy for global People (HR) products across a federated operating model.

What you'll do

• Partner with senior HR and business leaders to shape People product strategy.
• Translate business priorities into measurable objectives and influence product roadmap direction across regions.
• Evaluate product performance, adoption, and value to optimize and decommission where appropriate.
• Manage People Tech supplier relationships, partner on RFPs/renewals, and track value and performance.
• Build business cases and investment frameworks, tracking ROI and cost savings for People products.
• Champion responsible AI, automation, and digital innovation for HR transformation and employee experience.

What you'll need

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Product Management and/or HR Technology roles.
• Proven experience creating product strategies, roadmaps, and setting product goals in a global organization.
• Experience operating within matrixed or federated global organizations.
• Demonstrated success building business cases and tracking ROI.
• Exceptional senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercial acumen for vendor discussions.

• Hybrid model with 2 office days per week.
• Based at the office in Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad (Flutter Entertainment India GCC).
