Events Marketing

Overview

Associate – Event Marketing to lead, scale, and elevate BrowserStack’s global event presence across in-person events, webinars, and virtual summits.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end event lifecycle across multiple event formats.
• Plan, manage, and execute global in-person event programs for the developer/QA audience.
• Oversee logistics and vendor management, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and technical/AV setup.
• Lead end-to-end virtual webinar and campaign execution from ideation through post-event reporting.
• Track and report event performance metrics tied to revenue and opportunity attribution.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen/ABM teams to turn events into predictable revenue engines.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of end-to-end event management experience for in-person and virtual events.
• Ability to work independently to plan, manage, and execute events on timelines.
• Ability to switch between virtual webinars/summits and high-touch in-person field events in international markets.
• Content writing skills to craft event messaging aligned with audience and campaign objectives.
• Vendor negotiation skills to negotiate pricing and optimize event budgets against metrics.
• Stakeholder management experience with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to track event KPIs related to customer experience and attribution to revenue/opportunity.
• AI mindset to use AI tools to improve pace and quality of daily work activities.
