Team Lead Engineering Event Intelligence & Automation

Overview

As Team Lead Engineering Event Intelligence & Automation, you lead delivery, remove impediments, manage stakeholders, and drive engineering efficiencies. You also develop team capabilities and performance while supporting event intelligence and automation solutions.

What you'll do

• Ensure and support delivery by setting focus, removing impediments, and managing stakeholders.
• Lead team capability development aligned to the function’s vision.
• Support performance management and remove roadblocks across development teams.
• Establish and monitor team health and sustainability metrics.
• Co-create long-term technical vision and strategy with product leadership and managers.
• Define and analyze success metrics and identify optimization opportunities and trends.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in people leadership, product/service management, program management, or similar roles.
• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.
• Experience in IT operations in large enterprises, including Event, Incident, and Major Incident Management.
• Experience managing AIOPs/Event intelligence systems (AIOPs/EIS), including technologies such as Splunk ITSI, BigPanda, or PagerDuty.
• Experience managing enterprise observability tools such as Grafana Cloud, Datadog, or LogicMonitor.
• Proven experience leading SRE/DevOps teams with end-to-end development and operations responsibility.
• Knowledge of SAFe (or similar agile at scale methodologies).
