IT Software Engineering Expert - RDT Digital Operations and Reliability

Overview

Lead IT Problem Management and reliability for RDT enterprise-wide digital platforms by driving governance, root cause analysis, and automated/process improvements.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of ambiguous “grey zone” tasks and topics and drive small to medium initiatives.
• Analyze complex business problems and recommend automated system solutions and integrations.
• Identify process improvements and optimize system configurations for efficiency and performance.
• Create, implement, and maintain governance and lifecycle management for global IT Problems with end-to-end root cause analysis.
• Manage execution of Problem Management processes and support the Infrastructure Major Incident process.
• Prioritize and communicate effectively with stakeholders, coordinating with L1 Support and the Change Advisory Board Team for high critical incidents.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience focused on IT Problem Management.
• Proven experience implementing ITSM processes and governance frameworks.
• Experience with Infrastructure Major Incident and governance/coordination of high critical incidents.
• Experience leading cross-functional linked teams to solve complex business or systems issues.
• Demonstrated ability analyzing complex business problems to design and implement automated solutions and integrations.
• ITIL certification (preferably Problem/Incident Management) and expert proficiency in ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) to interact with global stakeholders and lead investigations across time zones.
