City Lead - West

Overview

City Lead for the West region overseeing daily property and facilities operations, client engagement, safety compliance, and financial/contract coordination.

What you'll do

• Lead daily property operations and manage day-to-day client activities.
• Implement building procedures and performance measures for compliance.
• Promote best practices and improve on-site operational processes.
• Ensure property safety by encouraging adherence to health and safety standards.
• Act as main point of contact for facilities-related concerns and meet client expectations.
• Own site budgeting, accounting, and financial operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to follow procurement processes and contract/budget work requirements.

What you'll need

• Over 8 years’ experience in facilities management or related fields.
• Working knowledge of occupational safety, contract management, budget supervision, customer service, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to resolve complex issues using quantitative and holistic approaches.
• Expertise in health and safety requirements, vendor management, and property technical systems management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
