Overview

Facility Executive - Soft to oversee and manage non-technical facility operations at JLL’s corporate office in Gurgaon.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily cleaning operations across office areas, restrooms, common spaces, and specialized areas.
• Manage catering services, kitchen facilities, and food service operations.
• Coordinate landscaping and grounds maintenance for exterior areas.
• Supervise waste management, recycling programs, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage reception, security, and visitor management services.
• Monitor and ensure soft services vendor SLAs, compliance, and quality standards.
• Supervise on-site soft services staff and contractors and coordinate scheduling/coverage.

What you'll need

• Experience overseeing and managing soft services operations (non-technical facility operations).
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and perform vendor performance reviews.
• Ability to conduct facility inspections and implement quality control/corrective action.
• Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures for soft services.
• Ability to handle employee requests/complaints related to soft services.
