Senior Manager - Food & Beverage (Pan India)

Overview

The Pan India Food & Beverage Lead manages cafeteria, canteen, and food service operations across multiple manufacturing facilities in India. The role focuses on high-quality, hygienic, cost-effective, and compliant food services for factory employees across all shifts while maintaining food safety, nutrition, and employee satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Oversee food and beverage operations across multiple manufacturing facilities pan-India.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures for factory canteens and cafeterias.
• Coordinate meal services across daily shifts, including early morning, day, night, and rotating shifts.
• Select, onboard, and manage food service vendors and catering contractors; negotiate contracts and SLAs.
• Ensure 100% compliance with FSSAI regulations and enforce food safety protocols, audits, and HACCP principles.
• Plan nutritious menus with dietary accommodations and manage budgeting, costs, and subsidy structures.
• Manage cafeteria management systems/reporting and lead vendor/team coordination and training.

What you'll need

• 8-12 years of experience in food and beverage operations management.
• Minimum 5 years managing multi-site food operations in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience with large-scale catering operations (500+ meals per day per location).
• Deep understanding of FSSAI regulations, licensing, and compliance requirements.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Strong budget management and cost optimization abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Travel: 40-50% across manufacturing facilities in India.
