Demand Generation and Field Marketing Specialist (6 -8 months contract)

Overview

Demand Generation and Field Marketing Specialist (APAC) responsible for end-to-end campaign, event, and webinar execution during a maternity cover contract.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute ABBYY Ascend and other industry events, including logistics and on-site/off-site support.
• Execute integrated email campaigns, including internal brief creation, content work, and performance tracking.
• Manage webinar performance tracking and use insights to optimize future sessions.
• Track and report on campaign and event performance to improve ROI.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to align initiatives with marketing and revenue goals.
• Manage external vendors and process invoices while ensuring accurate tracking of marketing expenses.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in demand generation, event marketing, or a related marketing role.
• Proven track record managing events, campaigns, and webinars end-to-end.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms: Salesforce, Zoom, Jasper & Hubspot.
• Self-starter attitude with proactive problem-solving.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented approach committed to high-quality work.
