Account Director

Overview

Account Director (Client Lead) responsible for end-to-end delivery and P&L for a B2B client account portfolio, partnering with internal teams to solve client business problems.

What you'll do

• Act as the single point of accountability for the account.
• Create and foster client relationships across business, sales, and marketing stakeholders.
• Deliver targeted P&L across the account portfolio.
• Translate client business, sales, and marketing objectives into solutions.
• Identify and pitch new opportunities to expand the client relationship.
• Lead the concept-to-delivery lifecycle of client engagements.
• Manage the team (Account Managers and Account Executives) and develop junior staff.

What you'll need

• 10+ years’ experience in client relationship management.
• At least 3 years of dedicated B2B experience.
• Ability to solve B2B client problems end to end (concept through delivery).
• Proven track record managing engagements with senior business, sales, and marketing executives.
• Graduate or post-graduate in Business Management or related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and relevant industry measurement tools.
