Account Director, Mid-Market

Overview

Account Director for OpenAI’s APAC Mid-Market team, owning named account pursuits and programmatic sales via partners.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and build comprehensive regional go-to-market strategies.
• Win lighthouse accounts through outbound sales outreach.
• Partner with solutions and research engineering to build and execute complex customer programs.
• Own a consumption revenue target and manage consumption revenue forecasts.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of teammates.
• Support development of company culture.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of direct selling experience in Data and AI or Cloud.
• Experience designing and executing complex go-to-market strategies.
• Experience orchestrating programmatic sales motions with partners.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience working directly with c-level executives.
• Experience leading high-visibility customer events.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.
