Sales Account Executive - North/East India

Overview

Sales Account Executive for North/East India focused on developing strategic HPC & AI and public sector/government-related accounts in a geographic territory.

What you'll do

• Drive new business through partner and customer contacts in key HPC &AI and enterprise accounts.
• Create and maintain a customer pipeline to hit revenue goals and grow the territory.
• Build executive-level customer and end-user relationships.
• Lead complex, team-selling efforts with internal and external partners.
• Develop proposals and presentations in response to RFPs and other customer needs.
• Forecast sales figures and provide consistent sales reports to sales leadership.
• Manage customer relationships post-sale and pursue repeat business.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10 years of experience selling HPC &AI systems and storage.
• Strong technical expertise with deep industry knowledge and contacts.
• Demonstrated success personally closing business in HPC &AI and public sector space.
• Experience negotiating large transactions and closing deals.
• Must consistently be in the top 25% of sales force in quota attainment.
• BA or BS in a related field.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated knowledge of DDN SAN/NAS appliance product lines.

Details

• Remote role in India; field-based work with travel approximately 30%–40% of the time.
• Responsible to look after North India.
