Sales Service Representative

Overview

Sales Service Representative in Hyderabad, supporting account and customer processes for proposals, pricing, samples, and order-related alignment.

What you'll do

• Partner with Account Managers to capture customer briefs and manage related activities in internal systems.
• Align briefs to win with the order fulfillment process.
• Support preparation of proposals, quotations, commercial negotiations, and tracking approvals.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, price list governance, and global consistency.
• Maintain accurate customer, project, and pricing information in SAP/CRM and communicate changes.
• Request, facilitate, expedite, and track samples/documents/creative tasks.
• Handle internal and external inquiries with fast responses and timely communication.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Commercial Operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.
• Strong understanding of commercial and financial processes including pricing, margin management, and forecasting.
• Experience supporting multinational customers, preferably in FMCG/Consumer Goods/GKA environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce and SAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or equivalent).
