Sales Representative / Territory Business Executive (Dermatology Specialty Sales)

Overview

Territory Business Executive focused on dermatology specialty sales, building relationships with healthcare professionals and driving territory performance through compliant, multi-channel engagement.

What you'll do

• Create and execute a territory business plan aligned to brand strategy.
• Drive launch execution for new products by ensuring market readiness.
• Build relationships with KOLs and customers to support product advocacy and demand generation.
• Lead multichannel execution to maximize coverage and influence.
• Use data and prescription insights to optimize targeting and improve call effectiveness.
• Collaborate with distribution/trade partners to ensure availability and manage stock/expiry risks.
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with ethical standards.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably specialty sales.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Dermatology segment.
• Science educational background is must (B.Sc. or B. Pharma).
• Ability to translate clinical/product knowledge into value-based selling.
• Proven ability to drive prescription generation and achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of disease management and treatment protocols.

Nice to have

• Management degree preferred (B. Pharma Management).
