Sales Rep./ Territory Business Executive (Dermatology Specialty Sales)

What you'll do

• Create and execute a territory business plan aligned to brand strategy.
• Drive launch execution for a new product by ensuring market readiness.
• Build relationships with KOLs and customers to support advocacy and generate demand.
• Run multichannel customer interactions to maximize coverage and influence.
• Use sales, prescription, and market intelligence to optimize targeting and call effectiveness.
• Coordinate with trade/distribution partners for availability and stock/expiry risk control.
• Ensure timely reporting, KPI governance, and compliance with ethical standards.

What you'll need

• Science educational background is required (B.Sc. or B. Pharma).
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience (preferably specialty sales).
• Minimum 2 years of dermatology segment sales experience.
• Ability to translate clinical/product knowledge into value-based selling.
• Proven ability to drive prescription generation and achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of disease management and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
