Sales Rep./ Territory Business Executive (Dermatology Specialty Sales)

Overview

Sales Representative focused on dermatology specialty territory performance, customer relationship building, and compliant multichannel HCP engagement.

What you'll do

• Create and execute a territory business plan aligned to brand strategy (targeting, coverage, quarterly priorities, cycle plans).
• Drive launch execution for new products by ensuring market readiness.
• Build relationships with KOLs and customers to support advocacy and generate demand.
• Lead multichannel execution to maximize coverage and influence.
• Use data (sales, prescription insights, market intelligence) to optimize targeting and call effectiveness.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and resolve issues promptly.
• Champion compliance and uphold ethical standards.

What you'll need

• Science educational background is required (B.Sc. or B. Pharma).
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably specialty sales.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Dermatology segment.
• Ability to translate clinical/product knowledge into evidence-led, value-based selling.
• Proven ability to drive prescription generation and achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of disease management and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
