Outbound Sales Representative

Overview

Outbound Sales Representative for remote, full-time phone-based outreach to medical and healthcare organizations.

What you'll do

• Conduct outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, and medical practices to introduce services/products and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with medical staff and office administrators to schedule appointments, follow-ups, or product demonstrations.
• Make outbound sales calls to generate leads and close deals.
• Present offerings, address needs and objections, and adapt messaging to each organization.
• Serve as a primary phone contact for inbound and outbound inquiries.
• Document call outcomes and next steps in a CRM system.

What you'll need

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or phone-based customer/client engagement.
• Excellent verbal communication with a professional phone manner.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for high call volumes and follow-ups.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with medical professionals and organizational leaders.
• Resilience and persistence in a target-driven, high-call-volume environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with healthcare organizations.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
• Experience with structured sales methodologies or scripts.
