Overview

Account Director, India at Recorded Future, responsible for driving revenue growth by managing enterprise accounts and generating new business. Owns the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

What you'll do

• Identify and pursue net-new logo opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and channel networks.
• Own full sales execution from prospecting to close, qualifying and advancing deals using MEDDPICC and value-based selling.
• Manage and grow key enterprise accounts, driving upsell, cross-sell, and renewal based on unmet needs and usage patterns.
• Conduct discovery aligned to cybersecurity needs with Recorded Future’s intelligence solutions.
• Engage channel partners in joint go-to-market motions.
• Apply sales tooling (Salesforce, Clari, Gong) to manage pipeline, track activity, and maintain forecast accuracy.

What you'll need

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales roles focused on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Track record of consistently exceeding quota and driving territory growth.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and closing 7-figure, multi-year contracts with Fortune 1000 clients.
• Proficiency in discovery, objection handling, and closing.
• Strong knowledge of MEDDPICC and value-based consultative sales approaches.
• Comfort engaging with C-level executives and adapting communication to stakeholders.
