Financial Analyst

Overview

Entry-level OTC (Order to Cash) Financial Analyst to support the order-to-cash process with accurate customer billing, invoicing, and collections.

What you'll do

• Process customer orders and billing documents in the system.
• Generate and review customer invoices for correctness against contracts and agreements.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments to support timely collections.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving invoices, payments, or orders.
• Collaborate with customer service and finance teams to resolve customer issues and support smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for transactions and customer communications.
• Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual internal reports.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

• Work mode: Hybrid.
• Shift timings: 3:30PM to 12:30AM and 12:30PM to 9:30PM.
• Location: Yelahanka Hobli, Bengaluru, India.
