Associate, Investment Data Management

Overview

Associate for Investment Data Management to ensure accurate, timely investment data entry and downstream reporting for the PFS platform.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain assets across multiple asset classes in the Security Master.
• Analyze credit agreements on a daily basis.
• Create and maintain reference data in the Reference Master system.
• Maintain and monitor a data exception panel reconciling vendor feeds to the internal data warehouse.
• Investigate and resolve attribute discrepancies between vendor and internal systems.
• Coordinate daily with Vendors, Risk, Technology, and Front Office to ensure correct asset creation.
• Create and maintain internal strategies, UDF tags, and broker account actions in firm systems.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of bank loan products, including broadly syndicated and private.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in Outlook.

Details

• Location: Mumbai, India.
• Shift: 2-11 PM.
• Hybrid work model with at least 4 office days per week and flexibility to work from home 1 day per week.
