Overview
HR Analyst to support HR operations with data-driven people insights, managing HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and HR reporting.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary HR operations contact for employee questions on HR policies, benefits, and standard procedures.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal moves, role changes, leaves of absence, and offboarding.
- Prepare, process, and maintain employee contracts, amendments, and HR documentation with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate employee and benefits data across HR systems, ensuring consistency between HRIS, Payroll, and benefits providers.
- Run regular data checks, reconciliations, and audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, hiring, mobility, workforce demographics).
What you'll need
- Relevant experience in an HR Analyst or HR operations role.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and HR data management systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for prioritizing multiple responsibilities.
