Analyst HR Ops

Overview

The Analyst HR Ops role supports HR Operations processes, including employee inquiries, HRIS data management, reporting and employment-related documentation.

What you'll do

• Gain broader familiarity with and understanding of HR Operations responsibilities and processes.
• Play the role of a process Subject Matter Expert (SME) for medium-complexity and time-sensitive processes.
• Prepare periodic status reports as assigned or directed.
• Receive and address basic HR-related inquiries from associates and leaders.
• Assist team members with more complex query resolutions.
• Perform HRIS data entry, ensuring associate records accurately reflect pay, benefits, status and other information.
• Ensure all associate data and information is retained in accordance with company policies on privacy and confidentiality.
• Create and deliver employment-related packets to appropriate parties, including new-hire, life change, change-of-status and termination packets.

What you'll need

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
