Deputy Manager - Data Analyst (Finance)

Overview

Deputy Manager - Data Analyst (Finance) role in Noida/Gurgaon, focused on analyzing financial data, tracking payments performance, and automating daily reporting.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards for financial metrics.
• Use SQL to query large databases and analyze transaction trends and profitability.
• Reconcile transaction data across banks, payment gateways, and accounting records.
• Support Finance/FP&A with monthly closings, budgeting, variance analysis, and revenue forecasting.
• Automate routine financial reports using SQL and Python to reduce manual Excel work.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a Finance, Payments, or FinTech environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with visualization dashboards or business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Knowledge of financial basics including P&L, payments/settlements, and unit economics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
