Deal Operations & Strategy Associate (6 Month Contract)

Overview

Deal Operations & Strategy Associate is a 6-month contract role within the Revenue Operations team in Bangalore, processing deal-to-onboarding operations from signed contracts to fully onboarded employees.

What you'll do

• Process a daily queue of operational tasks including new contracts and employee records.
• Enter and validate deal data across systems to ensure fields are correct.
• Set up new employee records using country-specific processes.
• Review and process new hire forms to confirm information completeness.
• Handle routine contract updates using a contract management tool.
• Maintain ticket records by logging notes, updating statuses, and closing items.
• Coordinate with Sales and Onboarding partners over Slack to complete tasks.

What you'll need

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with high-volume, process-driven work.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in data entry, operations support, administrative, or customer support.
• Reliability and self-organization to work through a task list independently.
• Basic comfort with software systems to pick up new tools quickly.
• A clear professional communication style over chat and email.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to CRM (Salesforce is a plus), contract management tools, or ERP systems.
• Experience in SaaS, HR tech, payroll, or global employment environments.
• Familiarity with employment concepts across different countries.
