Urgently Hiring | Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager | Club Mahindra | Delhi NCR

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

✅ Maintain daily sales reports of meetings, presentations, and closures.

✅ Participate in corporate activities, promotional events, and customer engagement programs to pitch Club Mahindra Holiday Memberships.

✅ Assess customer travel and holiday needs and recommend suitable membership plans.

✅ Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and existing customer networks.

✅ Meet prospective customers face-to-face through scheduled appointments and sales presentations.

✅ Handle customer queries and objections effectively to close sales.

✅ Assist new members with their first holiday booking experience and generate quality referrals.

✅ Maintain strong relationships with existing members and drive referral generation.

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Minimum 1 year to 6 years of experience in Direct Sales, Field Sales, Hospitality, Timeshare, Insurance, Banking, Real Estate, Telecom (Postpaid), Automobile Sales, NBFC, or High-Ticket Sales.

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

✔ Comfortable with field sales activities and face-to-face customer interactions.

✔ Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated personality.

✔ Graduate in any discipline.

✔ Flexible with work timings and rotational week-offs.
