Sales Executive

About the role

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is suited for someone early in their career who is eager to build a strong foundation in sales and business development. The position offers a monthly salary of INR 10,000–15,000 and has 5 openings.

What you'll do

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, telemarketing, and other outreach methods.
• Support sales and business development efforts to identify new opportunities.
• Communicate with prospects clearly and professionally to understand needs and present solutions.
• Assist in B2B sales activities and follow up on leads to move them through the sales process.
• Use negotiation skills to help close deals and support revenue growth.

What we're looking for

• 0–1 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong sales skills and interest in sales and business development.
• Experience or familiarity with lead generation, B2B sales, cold calling, and telemarketing.
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to handle conversations confidently.
• Excellent communication skills and strong verbal communication ability.
