Showroom Operations Manager – Bilimora

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Showroom Operations Manager to take complete ownership of our Bilimora showroom.

This is not only a Sales Manager role. You will be responsible for Sales, Team, CRM, Stock, Finance, Customer Experience and Daily Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Manage complete sales funnel: Enquiry → Follow-up → Test Ride → Booking → Retail.
• Ensure 100% CRM and follow-up discipline.
• Lead, motivate and manage the showroom team.
• Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews.
• Ensure SOP, discipline, attendance and showroom standards.
• Control vehicle stock, allocation and deliveries.
• Monitor Finance, Insurance, Registration and documentation.
• Handle important customers and resolve complaints.
• Maintain accurate MIS and report gaps with Reason + Responsibility + Action Plan.
• Improve team productivity, conversion and overall showroom profitability.

Candidate Profile

Must Have:

• 5+ years of automobile dealership/showroom experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM, MIS, SOP and showroom operations.
• Understanding of Sales, Finance, Insurance and Delivery processes.
• Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
• Ability to take independent decisions and complete ownership.

4-Wheeler dealership experience preferred, especially with brands such as Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Toyota, Honda, Kia or MG.
