Account Manager, SMB

Overview

Account Manager for SMB roles focused on new business, client relationship management, and contract renewals for LinkedIn talent solutions.

What you'll do

• Execute high-volume contract renewals that maximize value while protecting and developing customer relationships.
• Own and manage customer touchpoints across the life of their contracts to ensure engagement and education on evolving LinkedIn solutions.
• Identify customer business objectives, uncover roadblocks, and build strategic partnerships.
• Cross-sell LinkedIn Talent & Learning Solutions aligned to customer goals and outcomes.
• Maintain a quarterly renewals forecast for the territory.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan and share competitive information.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with recruiting/HR software, SaaS opportunities, and Salesforce.com.
• Strong negotiation skills for value-based contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication, project, time, and customer management skills.
• Ability to find, manage, and close enterprise businesses in an evangelistic sale environment.
