Overview

Sales Manager to drive sales performance in an assigned territory, focusing on new account development and key customer retention.

What you'll do

• Achieve sales and business targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new customer accounts while retaining existing customers.
• Build relationships with customers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations and support the sales process with dealership partners.
• Provide product and technical support to major account customers.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.

What you'll need

• Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in account management and business development.
• Experience preferably in Material Handling Equipment, Capital Equipment, Industrial Equipment, or related industries.
• Field-based sales role (Field-Based stated).
