Strategic Accounts Officer

Overview

Strategic Accounts Officer role driving sales and distribution across an allocated territory and its customers, with ownership of targets and market/category performance.

What you'll do

• Drive sales and distribution for company products within the assigned territory.
• Deliver sales targets for the accounts/geography owned.
• Grow and maintain market share for key categories in chains and standalone stores.
• Manage CSP operations and ensure targets are met.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Own shelf health using Perfect Store Score and ensure POP objective implementation.
• Monitor store procedures, speed-to-shelf for launches, offers implementation, and repeat orders.

What you'll need

• Ability to sell using negotiation skills.
• Anticipation and handling of barriers and objections to a sale.
