Senior Sales Engineer

Overview

Senior Sales Engineer responsible for driving B2B sales in assigned accounts, meeting monthly and yearly targets, and advancing deals from lead follow-up through order placement.

What you'll do

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Grow business within assigned accounts.
• Introduce latest products and technical updates to customers.
• Record customer visits and update CRM entries regularly.
• Coordinate with internal logistics and technical teams.
• Develop new customers by following up on leads and prospecting.
• Follow up quotations and conduct commercial negotiations to secure orders.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of experience.
• B.E or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Negotiation skills.
• Prior B2B sales and marketing experience in industrial automation.
