Account Executive role for LinkedIn Talent Solutions focused on generating new business and responding to inbound client interest.

What you'll do

• Respond to inbound inquiries and pursue new client opportunities.
• Prospect to build pipeline and develop personal relationships with prospects.
• Strategically approach target companies and teams to sell corporate recruitment solutions.
• Build reliable forecasts and provide transparent pipeline status to management.
• Close new business at or above quota.
• Travel as required (approximately 40% of the time).

What you'll need

• 3+ years of applicable sales experience.
• Solution selling experience (preferred).
• Experience handling CRM (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.
• Ability to manage CXO relationships and large enterprise accounts.
• Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions.
