Business Development Manager

Overview

Business Development Manager responsible for driving business growth in the IT distribution ecosystem by building partner/customer/vendor relationships and expanding revenue across assigned territories.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned geographies and segments.
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, partners, and strategic accounts.
• Recruit, develop, and manage channel partners, system integrators, VARs, MSPs, and reseller networks.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers to generate opportunities.
• Collaborate with technology vendors to execute business plans and channel enablement activities.
• Own revenue, margin, and growth targets and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in business development, channel sales, partner management, enterprise sales, or account management.
• Knowledge of IT distribution business models and partner ecosystems.
• Experience promoting IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, software, AI, or related technology solutions.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
