Sales Manager - BL (Delhi)

Overview

Manage sales for a specific Business Line (BL) in the Delhi region to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve BL targets and grow market share in Delhi.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for senior management.
• Negotiate and close complex sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service for seamless execution.
• Maintain knowledge of BL products/services and their value proposition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive sales experience.
• At least 3 years in a sales management role, preferably within the relevant Business Line.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
