Sales Operation – Oil & Gas and Adjacent 1

Overview

Sales Operations role focused on distribution and EDC (swipe machine) sales, including merchant education, sales execution, and team/process building.

What you'll do

• Develop plans and strategies to grow business and achieve sales goals.
• Create and manage sales processes to drive outcomes and identify improvements.
• Define sales force structure and coordination.
• Coordinate sales training programs to support staff performance and sales objectives.
• Manage customer expectations and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Visit merchants to educate them on EDC benefits, convert them, and manage accounts.
• Aggressively execute the sales strategy independently and with a team.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in distribution sales in fintech, banking/sales, or EDC sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong understanding of the local language.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability for relationship building and sales execution.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
