Clinical Sales Executive

Overview

Clinical Sales Executive for Intuitive Surgical, focused on maximizing utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems and driving adoption in an assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Develop a strategy to drive utilization of the daVinci® Surgical System with the Clinical Sales Manager.
• Become an expert across primary surgical specialties to support surgical robotics program development in the territory.
• Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events to build system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Train and develop OR staff for pre, intra, and postoperative system management.
• Develop a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent use within a reasonable timeframe.
• Drive utilization, select appropriate procedure applications, and expand the user base through qualified lead funnel development.
• Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
• Manage administrative tasks including reporting, outcomes tracking, and expense report submission.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-10 years of prior sales experience in the medical devices space.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
