Overview

Inside Sales Associate responsible for managing inbound leads, nurturing client relationships, and growing existing accounts in the US market.

What you'll do

Close inbound leads from the marketing team.
Grow existing customer accounts.
Provide an exceptional client experience.
Nurture client relationships to support long-term partnerships.
Own the sales pipeline and help drive revenue goals.

What you'll need

2-5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably with the US/Europe market).
Fluent verbal and written English.
Comfort using CRM tools like Salesforce.
Neutral accent for clear communication with American clients.
Proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.

Details

Full-time remote role.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM EST (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST), Monday to Friday.
